Support continuous quality improvement of course development by analyzing course data and identifying gaps and driving development to improve the quality of courses. Consult with faculty in course development to facilitate faculty understanding and expectations related to identified best practices and course design and development. Coach instructors on effective pedagogical approaches, help generate strategies for streamlining course preparation, and instruct faculty in the design and development of hybrid, online, and on campus courses using LMS and instructional strategies and technologies. Perform targeted updates to existing courses, developing new learning modules and assessments.

Review course content, reading and evaluating courses and providing feedback on courses overall rigor, quality, and cohesiveness. Copy edit and proofread, involving correcting, strengthening, and organizing content with the intention of producing a correct, consistent, accurate, and complete work. Responsible for edits of curriculum development, publications, and other documents needing review, as requested. Correct spelling and grammar, editing curriculum-based materials in keeping with the latest trends and needs in class and virtual environments. PROGRAM COORDINATOR OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS (2011-2013)

Establish relationships with local, national, and international organizations for education program implementation. Initiate tobacco cessation and prevention collaboration for program advertisement and development. Directed a new CME series collaborating with internal conference services and external design group to create CME lectures, web site specifications and graphics, and project advertisements. Initiated partnerships with the Texas Medical Association and Texas Academy of Family Physicians for advertising project in medical journals. Collaborated with 16 local schools, various charitable/philanthropic organizations, national and international academic universities, and numerous foreign countries, such as Germany, Spain, South America, and India to implement tobacco cessation and prevention programs. Assist in project operations for nationwide youth curricula development, implementation, and functional analysis.

Coordinate research activities for multiple tobacco cessation and prevention projects targeting medical professionals, health educators, school personnel, adolescents, and the general community.  Independently establish project priorities to meet anticipated and unanticipated deadlines.  Manage participant recruitment, research conduction, intervention implementation, utilization and development of clinical tools, and program concerns and issues. Organized Continuing Medical Education (CME) lecture series distribution to 26,000+ Texas medical professionals.
